There are some people you can fall in love with simply by reading about them. Half the magic here lies with the author, of course, but if the author is being anything close to truthful, then their subject is a wonderful, wonderful one indeed. An article on Tom Hiddleston just did that to me. Not, you know, that I was ever not in love with Tom Hiddleston or anything. But it's that sense of affirmation that I love so much. Like, I was right about you all along. That's a wonderful feeling.
